TechNet have a Script Repository for Virtual Server 2005.
Microsoft are beta testing the Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 Migration Toolkit. This is really cool. Virtual Server 2005 Migration Toolkit is an add-on to Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 and creates images of physical computers; allowing them to be deployed as virtual machines running within Virtual Server 2005.
